Christina Barrington, PharmD, vice president and chief pharmacy officer at Priority Health, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan serving more than 1.3 million members, has been sworn in as president of the Board of Directors for the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) for 2024-2025.
The Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) today launched the AMCP Research Institute (ARI), a research-based resource that will conduct and facilitate projects important to the mission of managed care pharmacy. The aim of the AMCP Format is to identify comprehensive evidence and information elements that meet the evidentiary needs of HCDMs. The AMCP Format is designed to encourage sharing of objective, credible, and relevant information on medical products.
