AMCP Partnering

AMCP Partnering is a meeting scheduling platform for attendees to formally connect with key audiences face-to-face within designated lounges during AMCP conferences. The Partnering platform is open to all conference registrants at no additional cost and launches weeks in advance of each AMCP conference.

Using the platform, attendees can accept and/or request pre-scheduled 30-minute meetings plus control their availability by modifying their schedule. The system will review each participants’ calendar, find a mutually available time to meet, and assign a location. 

In addition to the dedicated Partnering lounges, companies with contracted meeting space can select their own space as a meeting location.
