AMCP uses FormularyDecisions® to verify registrants eligible to review scientific and technology assessments for population-based drug/device selection, formulary management, and coverage decisions. Eligible participants include: 

• Public and private sector payers (eg, third-party payers, health plan sponsors, state Medicaid programs, Medicare programs). 
• Formulary committees (eg, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees). 
• Drug information centers and technology assessment committees. 
• Pharmacy benefit managers and third-party administrators. 
• Other multidisciplinary entities (eg, integrated delivery networks, hospitals, and health systems).
