Each year, AMCP invites dedicated AMCP members to apply for leadership roles on the AMCP Board of Directors. Serving on the Board is a unique opportunity to shape the future of managed care pharmacy, contribute to AMCP’s strategic direction, and represent the voice of approximately 8,000 members.
Whether you're a seasoned leader or an emerging voice in the profession, your perspective and expertise can help AMCP advance its mission to improve patient health by ensuring access to high-quality, cost-effective medications and therapies.

2026 Call for Applications
AMCP is currently seeking candidates for the following positions for the 2026–2027 Board Slate:
President‐Elect
3-year term (2026–2029)
- Year 1: President-Elect
- Year 2: President
- Year 3: Immediate Past President
Eligibility: Active AMCP Member pharmacists in good standing
At-Large Directors
2-year term (2026–2028)
- 3 positions available
Eligibility: Active AMCP Member pharmacists, physicians, nurses, or physician assistants in good standing
Application Deadline:
🗓️ Friday, August 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET
📍 Terms begin following AMCP 2026 in Nashville, Tennessee.

| Oct 27 | Slate of candidates presented to the Board of Directors for approval |
| Nov 10 | 2026 slate of candidates and the petition process shared with the AMCP membership |
| Dec 4 | 30-day Petition Process Deadline per the AMCP Bylaws |

| Feb 3-4 | Board Orientation in Washington, DC |
| April 13 | Term begins for the new AMCP Board members |
