As student pharmacists get closer to completing their education and look upon their future, they are faced with several questions: What do I want to do as a pharmacist? Do I want to specialize in a certain area of practice? How will a residency or fellowship support my career path?

For student pharmacists who are considering a career in managed care pharmacy, residencies play a significant role. These programs offer hands-on training and experience to provide the knowledge and skills to be successful in a managed care pharmacy career.
