Join us for commentary and conversation with David B. Nash, MD, MBA, one of the preeminent experts on Population Health, and nephrologist, Manisha Jhamb MD, MPH, Director of Center for Population Health Management at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).

The four-part webinar series, A Population Health Crisis: Chronic Kidney Disease Management Strategies and Best Practices, is designed to provide an opportunity to distill information and be a forum for interactive conversation on the topic of Population Health in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).

The faculty recognizes that all healthcare professionals are dealing with the effects of the pandemic on CKD. A lack of access to care due to closed offices, overwhelmed hospitals, and fear among patients has resulted in delayed care for many CKD patients, allowing their disease to progress. The risks were magnified by having CKD and its comorbid conditions, and CKD patients suffered disproportionately.
