Recent advances in research, technology, and data infrastructure have led to a growing adoption of precision medicine. Despite the growing awareness of and use for precision medicine, barriers remain to its optimal use, highlighting the need for greater stakeholder collaboration and engagement. AMCP convened a forum of key healthcare stakeholders representing the pharmaceutical industry, clinicians, patient advocacy, payers, device manufacturers, health analytics, information technology, academia, and government to provide recommendations on:

• Evidence needs for precision medicine
• Overcoming challenges with data collection and interoperability
• Innovating benefit design and reimbursement strategies for precision medicine
• Overcoming current legal and regulatory barriers to precision medicine adoption
