On Feb. 10, AMCP responded to CMS’s Draft CY 2026 Part D Redesign Program Instructions. The notice, issued on Jan. 10, describes changes to draft guidance for CY 2026 regarding the implementation of section 11201 of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
