Special Features

Who We Are
Curative is a leading healthcare services company that created and launched the first-of-its-kind employer-based health insurance plan. Founded in 2020, Curative re-engineered health insurance by providing unmatched simplicity, enhanced engagement, and cost transparency with a competitive monthly premium and zero additional costs.

Our Program
Curative's unique managed care residency aims to develop future managed care leaders through providing experiences in many aspects of pharmacy in the health plan. Residents will gain experience in prior authorizations, formulary management, P&T committee, commercial benefit design, data integration, clinical program development, managing disease states such as diabetes and behavioral health, and will complete a residency research project. Our goal is to provide practical experiences that will solidify the resident’s professional skills, clinical acuity, and business knowledge. While the goal of our program will remain the same throughout the year, we are a start-up and our business needs change as we grow together. Apply to join us if you are interested in being part of this fast-paced, dynamic residency program.
