Application and CV Deadline: January 6th, 2025. Letter of recommendation forms and pharmacy school transcripts must be submitted by January 13th, 2025.
• PharmD from ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
• Eligible for licensure in Louisiana or, if remote, the state where you reside within 60 days of the beginning of the residency

This is a structured, post graduate education program modeled around ASHP residency learning outcomes. Special focus is placed on clinical management programs, while also providing opportunities for exclusive training in all areas of Liviniti.
Residents will gather impactful experiences that include our listed rotations as well as writing and presenting research projects, creating clinical programs, policies, and procedures, and much more. Our rotations include formulary and utilization management, pharmacy data analysis, clinical account management, prior authorizations, specialty pharmacy, and academia. We truly value our residents and recognize them as essential members of our clinical team. As a non-ASHP accredited residency, our program offers a unique flexibility that allows our residents the ability to spend more time on their areas of professional interest while simultaneously following many components of an accredited curriculum.
