Bill’s career encompasses over 24 years of administrative and clinical pharmacy practice within commercial, Medicaid and Medicare health plans and PBM settings. As Vice President, Pharmacy Management Services for MedImpact Healthcare Systems, he addresses client requests for interim pharmacy department management/administration support by providing experienced interim leadership.

Within our often chaotic healthcare environment of over regulation and escalating pharmacotherapy costs, Bill helps clients balance common goals of improving patient health outcomes and experience of care with the need to manage costs in a fiscally sustainable manner.

Bill also served as a board member of the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy. Bill is an active member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. He has presented at national managed care and pharmacy meetings on the practice of managed care pharmacy, pain management and transitions of care issues for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial populations.
