The study drug for the P&T Competition is TYMLOS® (abaloparatide) injection. Tymlos is indicated for the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis at high risk for fracture defined as a history of osteoporotic fracture, multiple risk factors for fracture, or patients who have failed or are intolerant to other available osteoporosis therapy. The Foundation would like to thank Radius Health, Inc., for use of its dossier for Tymlos. We are also grateful to our partners Genentech, Amgen, Supernus, and Dymaxium/AMCP eDossier. NOTE: Participating in the P&T Competition goes a long way for students pharmacists to receive an AMCP graduation cord. Winners automatically receive the cord, and participants need only achieve one other AMCP or AMCP Foundation distinction to receive the honor.
