Audit Committee
Committee Mission:
The purpose of the Audit Committee is to assist the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities for the financial reporting process, the system of internal controls over financial reporting, the audit process and AMCP’s process for monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and agreements.

Committee Qualifications:
- Must be Active AMCP Members
- Should have sufficient operational business acumen to interpret financial reports and audits.
Term/Special Requirements:
- Must be willing to serve a two (2) year term. (Terms run from January 1 in the first year through December 31 on the second year.)
- While prohibited from serving on the Finance Committee, Audit Committee members may serve on other AMCP committees during their term.
