    AMCP's Student Pharmacists Center

dang  On behalf of AMCP and the Student Pharmacist Committee, I would like to welcome you to AMCP’s Student Pharmacist Center! Joining AMCP has been one of the most rewarding decisions in my pharmacy career. When I began this journey as a P1, I had no idea what to expect. The Academy, and all those I have met through it, have taught me valuable career lessons, connected me with opportunities to explore the world of managed care, and shown me the impact that pharmacists can have on our health care system.

Here, you will find information about many of the experiential learning, internship, fellowship and residency opportunities that exist in managed care pharmacy. You can also find information on how to activate student pharmacist chapters, or discover new resources to improve an existing student chapter. Student pharmacists have access to a variety of PowerPoint presentations, publications, and project toolkits regarding chapter operations such as the P&T competition, networking events, and fundraising ideas!

Take some time to view these resources made available to you and your chapter, and let us know if you have any questions. Your involvement in AMCP will open doors and prepare you for your future career. We hope that you take advantage of this webpage and all that the student pharmacist committee members have to offer you.

As the healthcare industry continues to evolve, the Academy consistently keeps its members at the forefront. Take a moment to view AMCP Student Pharmacist Testimonials and learn why so many student pharmacists are benefiting from their AMCP membership.

We look forward to welcoming you into the AMCP family, and wish you the best on your future endeavors!
