Description of the Activities in which the Student Pharmacist will be Involved 
Participate in activities to ensure compliance to pharmacy-related accreditation requirements; support the development of continuous quality improvement initiatives; collaborate with other groups within the organization to identify opportunities for quality improvement; research and present current trends related to accreditation and/or quality. 
APPE Length 
4-6 weeks. Currently no flexibility in how the time can be completed.
APPE Schedule 
The latter part of the academic year; typically Jan to May.
Site does not offer an IPPE.
Site Capacity 
Site can accommodate one (1) student pharmacist per rotation block.
State and School/College Preference 
No preference
Site does provide housing for student pharmacists on rotation
Student Pharmacist Prerequisites Prior to the Rotation Start 
A general understanding and baseline knowledge of managed care pharmacy, particularly pharmacy benefits management organizations, and pharmacy-related accreditation standards is strongly encouraged.
Affiliation Agreement Required by Site 
Site requires that the school/college sign an affiliation agreement, please contact Preceptors.
