Each year, the AMCP Board of Directors sets the top legislative and regulatory priorities for the Academy. These priorities become the primary focus for AMCP’s advocacy efforts. They are developed based on an annual member survey which is reviewed during a joint meeting of the Public Policy and the Legislative and Regulatory Action (LRAC) Committees where recommendations are then developed and forwarded to the Board for review and subsequent approval.
